Dario G is the stage name of Paul Spencer, best known for the 1997 hit ‘Sunchyme’ which reached number two in the charts!
His follow-up single “Carnaval De Paris” reached Number 5 in 1998 UK Charts and related to the FIFA World Cup in France.
Sunchyme is a popular 90s Dance and Club Anthem which includes a sample from ‘Life In A Northern Town; which was a No.15 hit for The Dream Academy in 1985. Sunchyme reached No.2 in the UK Singles Charts.
Dario G’s first album Sunmachine was released in 1998 and reached No.9 in the Album Charts. In 2001, Dario G released “Dream To Me” and their second Album ‘In Full Colour’.
A new mix of Carnaval De Paris was released in 2002 for the World Cup and is still played regularly at Sporting Events worldwide.
Dario G have been hailed as one of the World’s finest DJs and Performers and they continue to perform live at Festivals, Events and Clubs throughout the World.
