Since forming in 2004, Oasish has become Europe’s finest tribute act to the 90’s biggest UK band, Oasis.
The band is made up of professional musicians and between them they have played alongside multiple star names including Robbie Williams, Bryan Adams, Pete Townshend, Chesney Hawkes, Jason Donovan and many more!
Giving you the same attitude and swagger as the original band, Oasish is dedicated to recreating the ultimate Oasis experience from the first moment they enter on stage until the last chord of the show.
Being as authentic as possible is important to the band, and they give their performances that extra attention to detail which sets them apart from other tribute bands. Using a back-line that matches the same amps that Oasis use and ‘Noel’ performs with either a Sunburst Gibson Les Paul, Cherry Red Gibson ES335 or the Union Jack Epiphone Supernova which is the guitar fans will recognise as the one Noel helped design in the mid 90’s.
‘Liam’ even performs in the same signature Pretty Green Parka that Liam Gallagher wore on the band’s final tour. You could easily believe you were watching the real thing!
It’s these details which put Oasish above all the other tribute bands, they are also the only tribute in the world to use a live string quartet.
Permanently in high demand, Oasish can also boast that they are the only band ever to have played at the world famous Glastonbudget Tribute Band Festival every year it has been running! They have also had the pleasure of headlining the event and they got to close the event on the main stage in 2009.
Oasish are the proud consecutive winners of the 2016, 2017 National Tribute Awards.
Creating memorable performances is something the band excel at, one of their biggest achievements being when they teamed up with the Belladonna’s, a string quartet and a live keyboard player, producing an incredible performance that is still talked about today.
Oasish is available as a straight 5 piece or a 9 piece with strings.
