Daniel Brocklebank is a versatile British actor with extensive experience across television, theatre, and musical theatre. He is best known to audiences for his long-running role as Billy Mayhew in Coronation Street, where he has delivered emotionally grounded performances tackling complex, character-driven storylines.
As well as Coronation Street, Daniel starred in many movies both in the UK and in America. He won a Screen Actors Guild Award for his performance in Shakespeare In Love, where he played opposite Gwyneth Paltrow and Dame Judi Dench to name a few. He played opposite Meryl Streep and Dame Eileen Atkins in the Oscar nominated movie The Hours and starred opposite Keira Knightley in The Hole.
