Malcolm Pitt’s tribute to Lionel Richie has seen him perform all over the world and has become Europe’s leading Lionel Richie tribute act. Malcolm’s show was endorsed by Lionel Richie himself when he appeared with Lionel on the Graham Norton Show in 2009 and has also appeared on TV, sharing the Royal box with Lionel Richie at the prestigious London Palladium on ITV in 2014.
Malcolm has been a professional singer since 1989 and appeared on Sky TV with his soul band ‘Times Square’, winning the ‘Sky Star Search’ and in 1990 they became runners up for Manchester Evening News ‘Search For A Star’.
Malcolm is the only recognised tribute to Lionel Richie in the UK and is in much demand and has performed all over the world.
Malcolm is also able to perform varied Soul tributes such as Barry White, The Drifters, Bob Marley and others. With his voice sounding so similar to the artistes he performs tributes to, a lot of people think that he mimes. To convince the doubters, Malcolm will often offer his microphone to the audience for them to test out themselves.

“We had a fantastic time on Saturday. The night couldn’t have gone any better! Malcolm was brilliant, he really got the party going as soon as he started. As well as being a great singer, his personality shone through as he interacted with all the guests. Everyone there was amazed by him and said how great he was. Thank you to the team at Big Foot Events as well for all your involvement and ensuring the booking.” – Amanda, 50th Birthday Party, Liverpool
