Featuring the instrumental and vocal talents of Anthony White Jnr. and Dominic Crane. Mixing guitars, banjos, and other traditional instruments, underpinning a joyous blend of harmonious vocals. Born 10 years apart into musical families, both Anthony and Dominic were inspired to pick up the guitar age 11. Anthony in Dublin with its thriving heritage of traditional bar sessions, and Dominic in London partly due to the encouragement of his great uncle George, a popular East End busker.
Having had successful separate careers throughout the 1980s and 1990s, they share decades of experience with an impressive CV that includes publishing deals with Warners, Virgin, and Island. Running the Underworld Club in Camden, and performing throughout the UK and Ireland opening for a range of chart-toppers including Mike and The Mechanics, Toyah, Sharon Corr, Roachford, and Nick Heyward.
Following in the footsteps of his uncle Joe of the popular Irish band The Jolly Beggarmen, Anthony developed a keen interest in traditional Irish music in the early 2000s eventually leading him to join Celtic Clan in 2013. When Dominic joined the band in 2017, the two men rapidly build a strong musical rapport and established Emerald Stones.
