Batucada Carnival Groove are a live percussion band who play an original fusion of African and Latin rhythms mixed with a funky big band horn section.
The band can come as small as a 5 piece or as large as a 50 piece band. Batacuda have played at large open air festivals to intimate wedding ceremonies.
Batacuda Carnival Groove’s rhythms are infectious and their Horn sounds unquestionably funky. They will travel anywhere to locations such as South East, South West, Midlands, North East, North West and Wales.
Batacuda have a full 3k HK audio P.A. system which is suitable for most indoor venues and outdoor events for up to 500 people.
Batacuda Carnival Groove’s line up ranges from x3 drummers, trumpet and saxophone upwards but frequently play with 6 drummers plus trumpet, trombone and 2 saxes.
Some of Batacuda Carnival Groove’s previous clients are World Scout Jambouree, BBC, Boots, Lincoln Castle and Bolton Council.
