In October 2025, Big Foot Events brought Halloween to life across the UK with spine-tingling fun, creative workshops and show-stopping performances – all designed to leave audiences bewitched and delighted!
Our wonderful clients approached us to create events throughout October, leading up to Halloween.
From shopping centres to students’ unions, each client had different aims, audiences and concepts for their celebrations. We were thrilled to be part of such a busy, spooky season!
The Challenge
With a packed schedule of Halloween events taking place at multiple venues throughout the UK, our challenge was to ensure every celebration was exceptional.
Entertainment had to appeal to a range of audiences, encourage footfall and celebrate the magic of Halloween!
With different venues, audiences and briefs, we needed to select the right entertainment for each individual event while coordinating our performers, workshops, props and attractions across multiple UK locations.
The Solution
We carefully selected entertainment from Big Foot Events’ abundance of spooky options to suit each client’s needs.
Workshops, roaming performers, props and music were all tailored to deliver memorable experiences.
Throughout, we worked closely with our clients to ensure they were confident they would have a frightfully good experience!
Workshops & Hands-on Activities
Our hands-on Workshops were a highlight, encouraging children to get creative with arts, crafts and magical activities.
Our ‘Mask Making’ Workshop inspired children to design their own homemade Halloween costumes, while ‘Make Your Own Wand’ allowed budding wizards to craft magical wands.
A ‘Potions’ Workshop created enchanting fun for all ages, and a team of talented Face Painters added a finishing touch to the creative experiences.
Live Performers
We provided live musical entertainment with tribute performances, including Chappell Roan UK at the University of Glasgow in Scotland.
We even hosted a Dinosaur Disco with our giant T-Rex!
From live music and tribute acts to giant dinosaurs, our Halloween programme gave our clients plenty of options for creating something a little different.
Props & Installations
For picture-perfect moments, we designed Halloween prop scenes and installations across multiple UK venues.
Interactive Pumpkin Patches popped up at:
Meanwhile, a full Halloween prop scene transformed White Rose Shopping Centre in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
These installations provided our clients with Halloween attractions and photo opportunities that could be adapted to suit different venues and audiences.
Roaming & Walkabout Performers
Our roaming performers delighted audiences of all ages.
From eerie Wednesday characters and Pumpkin Heads to magical Wicked favourites – Glinda, Elphaba and Scarecrow (oh my!) – Glo Heads and mischievous Hocus Pocus witches, there was never a dull moment.
For our client Bradford BID in West Yorkshire, we also brought a selection of enchanting performers to Bradford for their Wizard Spectacular, including the Dragon Master, Ord the Ogre and Esme & Beastie.
One of the standout stars of our Halloween events was Dreygo the Dragon – wowing audiences with his 15ft wingspan, smoke-breathing nostrils and thunderous roar.

October 2025 saw Big Foot Events delivering a packed programme of Halloween entertainment across England, Scotland and Wales.
From Chappell Roan UK entertaining students in Glasgow, to Pumpkin Patches appearing in Workington, Cardiff and Bury, a Halloween prop scene transforming the White Rose Shopping Centre in Leeds, and magical characters taking over Bradford for the Wizard Spectacular, our acts, attractions and performers travelled across the UK bringing Halloween to life.
Shopping centres, museums, universities and other venues were transformed with workshops, props, music, dinosaurs, dragons and roaming entertainment – all carefully selected to suit each individual client and audience.
