The Man They Call G has been in professional showbiz for nearly three decades with his career beginning in 1998 as a Butlin’s Redcoat. In 2002, he joined The Brother Lees comedy trio and toured the UK for four years, culminating in a top-of-the-bill performance at the London Palladium.
Since going solo, G has performed all over the world on cruise ships and throughout the UK in clubs, theatres, holiday parks, and festivals. In 2015, he got four ‘yes’s on Britain’s Got Talent. He headlined the renowned Cromer Pier show for two consecutive summer seasons in 2018 and 2019 and headlined the Clacton West Cliff Summer Show in 2021. G has nine professional pantomime credits and has played everything from comic to dame to a magic mirror! He also played villain in the Great Yarmouth Hippodrome Circus shows for Halloween 2020 and 2021 and Christmas 2024.
