Firekind – This three-piece band will transport you to a rock music festival with the first strum of their guitar strings.  They are the epitome of rock music with a set list as long as your arm, varying from Chuck Berry to The Darkness and Bryan Adams, and a particular favourite of ours, Teenage Dirtbag by Wheatus!

They effortlessly fuse together soaring guitar, powerful drum and bass and epic vocal melodies.  This coupled with their awesome rock star moves make this group an essential booking for any festival. Release your inner air guitarist and hire this live rock band for a fantastic night that you and your guests will remember for years to come.

The 3 members of Firekind have first handand experience with what Rock n Roll is all about, as they have spent time in LA rubbing shoulders (and having a party) with the Foo Fighters, Simon Pegg and Lee from Blue.

They have a huge amount of experience and gigging history. Formerly known as Rude Tiger, in 2011 they traded muffins for beer with Tinie Tempah and rocked the stage with Feeder, Reef, Toploader and Ocean Colour Scene.  They claim to be the people to introduce Sharleen Spiteri to Tequila & Orange and to have shown Eliza Doolittle how to Blue Steel – we had to google it, apparently it’s a facial expression!

As if this wasn’t enough to convince you to book this band, their first single “Desolate” stormed into the Amazon Rock Charts at No. 2 and helped them win the English Final of the ‘Global Battle of the Bands’.

Impressive history for three lads from Devon! Firekind are flexible as well as talented, they split their play list into decades and perform Firekind 80's & Firekind 90's sets - perfect for Themed Weekends!

Firekind spend part of each year touring the French Alps and are available for national and international appearances. For help and advice on how to book this brilliant band call us at the office on 01253 351100.

After Dark Magazine had these few words to say-
‘A word now on Firekind… There are moments when you expect something utterly ordinary but get slapped in the face so hard by excellence you are simply stunned into silence, this was Firekind. Hailing from the West Country this three piece band are new and seriously up and coming, yet they are so incredibly talented it’s hard to wonder what will stop them from being massive!’

This year has definitely been eventful for the band, but let’s not forget some of their previous accomplishments:-

Jas Morris winning the UK’s Guitarist Of The Year (sponsored by Guitarist magazine)
Jas Morris becoming a finalist in the INTERNATIONAL Guitar Idol Contest held at the London Music Show 2012 started with a full page article in Devon Life plus Q Magazine voted Desolate one of its top 5 songs to download now with the following review:-
“Sounds Like: InMe on amphetaminesbig guitars and percussion lead by the irrepressible Jas Morris, Devon three-piece Rude Tiger, who have supported the likes of Feeder and Reef specialise in stadium-ready melodic rock anthems.”
- Q Magazine

"Firekind are a live commercial rock band, who do exactly what is says on the tin, but perhaps better than most. I tried to spot a weakness…there wasn’t one in sight!"
