The Alani String Quartet is a vibrant, professional string quartet based in Bournemouth, Dorset. They have performed in numerous concerts and have worked with funding through the Arts Council of England. The quartet have given performances in several established recital series in Dorset, as well as many churches, theatres and festivals in the south of England.
They have worked for large corporate clients including Ford, Carnival Cruises, John Lewis and HSBC and have recorded backing tracks which were broadcast on national TV in The Netherlands and Germany. As individuals, they attended Guildhall School of Music and Trinity College of Music in London and play with orchestras such as the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, Brandenburg Sinfonia, The English National Baroque Orchestra, and the Auckland Chamber Orchestra, New Zealand.

The Alani String Quartet is very experienced in playing at weddings and functions, and can help you with music choices and timings right from the start of your enquiry. They have been booked for many different occasions, from small intimate weddings to large weddings at Christchurch Priory, as well as major corporate functions at hotels including the Royal Bath Hotel Bournemouth, and the Marriott in Bournemouth.
Always smartly dressed, they can dress in black or white dinner jackets, all black or black tails.
