The Brief
In November 2025, our talented snow team transformed The Grove’s Wisteria Cottage in Hertfordshire into a magical winter wonderland for Victoria’s Secret influencer retreat, Iconic Xmas.
Our client reached out to us hoping to create a spectacular winter wonderland for their upcoming event. With a luxurious cottage and garden as the ideal canvas, our snow dressing would be able to shine.
The vision included falling snow, snow flocking across both synthetic and natural surfaces, snow angels and carefully positioned snow dressing, all working together to create an exquisite, immersive festive scene.
The finished environment needed to provide the perfect setting for influencers and content creators to showcase Victoria’s Secret products and capture high-quality Christmas content.
The Challenge
Bringing this gorgeous vision to life presented several obstacles.
The scene needed to appear authentic, using a variety of artificial snow and winter effects, including falling snow, frosted surfaces and a delicate dusting of snow across the ground.
Creating the all-important snow angels presented another challenge. Physically making snow angels in artificial snow simply wasn’t effective enough to produce the beautiful, camera-ready results required for the event.
There was also a quick turnaround, while the forecast initially predicted rain that could compromise the effect of the snow and the overall outdoor winter wonderland.
For an influencer event where photography and videography were such an important part of the experience, every detail needed to look right both in person and on camera.
The Solution
Our snow team liaised closely with the client to ensure expectations were met and exceeded.
Fortunately, the forecast changed, providing crisp, dry weather that complemented the wintry scene perfectly.
To create the iconic angels, rather than relying on guests to make them in the artificial snow, our team crafted the snow angels by hand, allowing influencers to pose within the premade designs and ensuring they looked beautiful for photography.
Different snow effects were then used throughout Wisteria Cottage and its garden to create the immersive winter environment, including snow flocking, ground snow and spectacular falling snow.
The snowfall itself was precisely timed to coincide with videography and photography, ensuring the content looked flawless on camera.

The Result
The finished experience invited content creators to showcase Victoria’s Secret products while taking part in a series of Christmas activities in their very own winter wonderland. Influencers decorated cookies with the fabulous Sugarbase and enjoyed carol singers performing under our spectacular snowfall. The client was thrilled with the outcome, and the resulting content speaks for itself. The snow fell perfectly and the overall atmosphere captured the magical, festive experience of Iconic Xmas. Influencers left with shareable, high-quality content that beautifully showcased Victoria’s Secret’s Christmas nightwear line. Our snow brought Victoria’s Secret’s winter wonderland vision vividly to life.

What This Project Demonstrates
Victoria’s Secret Iconic Xmas demonstrates Big Foot Events’ ability to deliver professional snow dressing, artificial snow effects and immersive winter wonderlands in Hertfordshire, London and throughout the UK.
The project required our team to combine different snow techniques to transform both the cottage and its outdoor surroundings, while considering how every element would appear in professional photography, videography and influencer-generated content.
It also demonstrates our ability to work with major brands, PR and creative agencies, event organisers and venues to create bespoke experiential environments designed around a particular campaign or event.
